My assumption was somewhere legit would have provided instructions.My guess would be an online pharmacy. Like weed it’s quite easy to get a prescription online.

In all seriousness, if you got it through the healthcare wouldn't they give you the start to finish way to do it? I know people who have had to self inject and they got everything and a yellow sharps bin as well.
