According to the BBC, Terriers bid for MR has been turned down. Sounds good to me!

Need to stop reading things on my phone, I just had to double take, I was sure it said

Telfer's Bid Turned Down

I though Christ, we've fallen on hard times if we're drafting in Paul Telfer !

Well i have just learnt that Telfer, is Scottish! Dope! all those years i though he was a cock and now i find out that he is a scottish cock!

Yes- to think we used to deride him.. but compared to some we have seen this past 10+years.. he gets my vote... oh for the days...

Yes, was a pretty handy full back, the bit i didnt get was he didnt enjoy playing football? it was a job to him, his passion was for the golf course. i however have a passion for both but am crap at one and passed the other!

He was also the most one footed man I've ever seen on a football pitch, he used to turn around full circle just to use his other foot
