Back page and inside, Telegraph comment. SISU give up and Hoffman show the money as the club is at death's door. Must they know something to push big comment like that? Or is it just to try to push for answers? They give a right ribbing to current and recently departed board too.

Just read it. Very interesting. Better late than never from the, CET. Good that they are finally stepping off the fence to have a go at those concerned. It They reckon Hoffman is the only viable option, but if the investment has gone or diminished then not a lot is going to happen. This puts the ball back into Hoff's court.

Come on Hoff, prove me wrong, put your money where your mouth is and save Coventry City.

Let's see if he respond's now and has a go at trying to get sisu out, as torchy says prove the doubters in you wrong and if you do I will admit I was wrong in saying your just as bad as sisu for not getting your initial takeover bid correct.
You have got the media trying to egg you on now hoff and if you are connected then has this been put out there with your approvel?

Imo this means that the CET have severed their ties with the board and SISU. Any relationship they had must now have completely disintergrated. Are they lashing out? You can't trust the media as far as you can throw them. Its great that they are backing the fans and now less insistent on telling us everythings rosey. Nice play on words in regards to Brody and Sub-Text.

If a club lose the local media, they have lost the fight. Its all coming to a head and I can't see this predicament lasting much longer.

Something has got to give.

To be frank, the Q&A with Diluded yesterday gave me the impression they were taking the piss and letting him hang himself with his ridiculous comments.

Love the fact they are starting to push but I doubt that the thick skinned dolts at the club will take any notice. They say Mr Clarke should stand up and be counted but I cant see that happening either, after all the fact that he runs a PR company and has not said anything thus far is a bit of a worry. The current board dont know how to communicate and hes included in that. I hope he can talk to the Hoff and get them round the table but inside information says this probably wont happen as he gave Hoff the Judas Kiss shortly before he resigned.

At least we know what side theCET are on. Mind you we're the ones who buy the papers so that's probably why they are backing us!

The only thing the article does is show spineless Clarke up for sitting on the fence whilst awaiting to see who takes over or if the scum stay on in one form or another. Either way he is staying stum in an attempt to snivel up to whoever is in charge

It seems that after the joke Q and A sessions (written submissions not a face to face interview) the telegraph have frankly had enough of the constant smoke and miroors and just plain lies from Dulieu's mouth.

Well done the Telegraph for growing some balls and saying what the fans think.

or is it perhaps jumping on the band wagon because it sells more papers ? :thinking about:

The situation hasnt changed significantly for weeks (there have been changes but the fundamentals are what they have always been) .......... it has been a case of go SISU & put up or shut up GH for months....... yet they suddenly charge into the fray with righteous indignation. How many months have we been saying what was in their article ? and they have suddenly come to this conclusion...... better late than never I suppose. But champions of the fans or club? .....not in a month of sundays.

I take your point, but as things are "better late than never" works for me!

Do they still actually print the CET ? Once one the best regional papers in the UK, like CCFC in steep decline.

CET is full of adverts and none stories. Last time I bought it, it had gone up to 43p and I read the whole thong in about three minutes.

Here here, wandering around the Casino shaking hands is no longer enough, a deal needs to be thrashed out. Doolally admitted that Sisu are looking for somebody to share the burden its of my opinion that this is a cry for help and hopefully they would actually leave the club. Would it be the worse thing in the world if they remained in partnership with "Hoffman group"? the boardroom would obviously require a reshuffle but as long as we got the correct people in, and diminished the Sisu influence on the board to a minority then I would be happy to accept that. You never know, a harmonious boardroom relationship between 2 different groups might actually tempt Sisu to put some more cash in further down the line.
