Is anybody else getting prompted to answer a question to be able to see the article? That is shocking.

which article? I seem to be able to read articles no problem. That sounds like the way to completely kill any relevance they have left. The online site is already a pos.

I'm not having any difficulties Nick. The page opens normally for me to read any stories.

I think it is valid market research. Not on you but how people use the website. It is not a survey in which content is blocked is anyway and I would rather have a free site with targeted advertisements then going to behind a pay wall and having to rely on the likes of free papers.

Edit: oh its for photos, my mistake. It is still a one click bridge to the site. I cant see what the problem is. People need to earn pennies some how. Its not like any of us run advertising boards underneath what we write.

Thanks, I prefer sites to get their ad revenue though it's just that the telegraph takes the piss, I have stopped flash from autoplaying specifically because of the telegraph and their loud video adverts that become the football league news.

I have to say that does get past Adblock and it's the most annoying thing I come across on the net.

If your going to have adverts, make sure they are on silent.

I didn't even know you could be a member? How do you do it?

Maybe I should make it so that when Simon and others from the CET come on here they get an old geocities layout

I don't have any problems only read what adverts I want too.

Still have the paper delivered and at a pound a week it is a bargain.

Nothing like sitting down with a coffee or beer, and reading a proper hard copy not the rubbish you get on your pc

I've not seen it on the Telegraph yet but have come across it on other sites, so it's nothing to be concerned about security-wise.

how do you manage to just read the adverts you want too? There are 2 autoplay videos on that page, one with sound, the first time I went there it was a badly sung version of Frozens let it go advertising sky and then became football league news. Then there is a large, animated, bright bold coloured surround that deliberately draws your eye (admittedly this is different on each page and this is one of the worst examples).

The website is a pos. unfortunately it's the best we have for sky blues news.

Nothing worse than the video ones.

I like to think that the ads arent too bad on here, there are some when not logged in or signed up but once people sign up they go Then a tiny one at the top.

If the telegraph have any sense they'll use the feedback wisely (or is it MGN ).

Sorry should have made it clearer don't go on that site unless it is link off here.

I like read the paper so don't really need to.
I skip the advert pages (half of the paper).

Thats ok.

Every married man needs to have a newspaper in the house.

When the wife asks you to do the washing up it is time to pick the paper up go to the mens room, spend half an hour reading it, when you come out they are normally done.

I get those surveys also. Have been getting them for about two months now on the CT and International Daily Mail. If you do the surveys it says you will not get any more for 60 days, but that's a load of BS.....I still get them.

Yes, I have had them a couple of times. They pop-up at random and I always give a purposefully inaccurate answer.
