His, and certain others', posts seem to be working. I think it is called "brand building" - getting the product mentioned as often as possible. Sooner or later we'll try the product just to see what it is like.

That's why i mention coventry City a lot. Some of the PR merchants might like to go to a football game.

Wrong thread Grendel. Although I think I may have mentioned the Observer when mentioning how newspapers profit from our curiosity about "rumours ". You can dig that quote out if you want. Anyway, any news on me confirming the Fulham rumour?

But you mention wasps more? as for the City we go to every home game and most away games so that doesn't come into it.
Except for your preferred Home.

I don't want to build the brand for those franchise cunts. I would like nothing more for Wasps to fuck off somewhere else and leave the stadium there for the team it was built for.

I can dream anyway.

So would most of us however you feel that because we don't agree on everything we are wasps fans. Poor answer when you are loosing an argument it is nearly as bad as that other argument people like to throw about "you never post on CCFC related threads"
I wish that they would fuck off and take those Cunts SISU with them, Now that would be a real Christmas present.

The thing is some people don't. Of course people will have different views but when their views don't seem to include ccfc at all, it's a bit shady.

I wouldn't go as far as wasps fans, not until you are there waving your flag anyway.

I cannot think of anyone who doesn't include CCFC in their view. Even Italia is CCFC ST holder. Any names or quotes to back that up?

No sorry never be as bad as you.

I just love the City don't give a fuck about Sisu,CCC, Wasps, ACL. Must hold my hands up to having the Telegraph delivered every day for the last 20 years though.

I've never accused Italia of not being interested in football, I've actually made a point of him being a season ticket holder a few times.

There was a match yesterday and quite a few talking points, who hasn't commented?

But he gets the better of them all the time, it pisses them off that they cant get to him.
At least he is honest with what he believes unlike some on here.

If they have been straight back on today getting stuck into the politics it makes them a bit shady.

There are lots of people who I dont agree with, but on match day and talking about football the same passion is there.

In the know makes no secret that he has something to do with Wasps. The other I don't know. Out of all the people I have seen on here, that is a very low percentage. I haven't done a roll call of all that have or have not commented. And yes, we were robbed and there were interesting discussions. But even if people didn't comment on the match, it doesn't mean that they are not interested in CCFC.

I dont disagree with what you said, its just there are some on the site who have more of an interest in Wasps than CCFC, but it isnt a high percentage as you say.

I dont like Wasps, SISU, CCC, Higgs, Robinson, Richardon et al, but do like CCFC, but even thats becoming a poisened chalice.

I see the football club as the team, manager etc.. The rest is peripheral. Owners come, owners go. Councillors come, councillors go. Editors and journalists come, editors and journalists go. CCFC is the only constant in this whole thing. I support CCFC and want the stadium problem solved and the team to get back to where it was when I lived in England. I want to come home to a city with a top team - my home city. I don't need childish comments about Wasps ot CCC or CT. ( Not getting at you ).

Seriously, I think you are making far too much of this.

When there are exciting or controversial things in football matches, I’ll most likely chat about them with my family and friends. It’s a spontaneous thing and then it’s gone. I rarely feel any desire to express my feelings about a game online. I might sometimes dip in and out of the stuff about team selections and score predictions, but (for me at least) an internet forum isn’t the natural way to do that. I’m not knocking anyone who enjoys it, but it’s not really for me.

However, anecdotes and memories about CCFC can be interesting to read. And the forum is a great place to keep up with the saga of CCFC’s off-the field problems (and occasionally contribute my ill-informed tuppence worth). It’s important to me, God knows why but it is.

I’m just making the point that posting a lot of stuff online about football doesn’t make anyone a better fan. And contributing mainly (or even exclusively) to the off-the-field stuff doesn’t disqualify anyone from being a loyal CCFC supporter.

btw thanks for “hosting”, or whatever that thing you do is called

You are allowed freedom of speech. But that is as long as it is against CCC.

You don't have to make comments against SISU as we all know that they lied to us and have been bad to our club.

You have to make comments against CCC as we all know that they lied to us and have been bad to our club.

You are only unbiased if you agree with those last two comments
