do you guys think team spirit will be good next season? Was thinking about it earlier and we seem to have a group of younger players and a group of older players. The picture of training the other day all the new young lads seemed to be separate from the older players, hope this was first day nerves maybe, but think we will need a good team spirit this year, maybe Thorn needs to take them all to laser quest or something

In a word, no. After the third or fourth hammering by so called "lesser teams" heads will drop. The kids will not like being bullied by the seasoned war horses in this league. Players like Clarke, Bigi etc just don't have the strength and stature required in my opinion.

Agree Bigi will struggle - Surely you'd think Thorn would try and build him up a bit over summer and coach around body positioning... entering tackles shoulder to shoulders etc.

Clarke however I think was starting to look like a decent player towards the end of last season and hopefully will prove to be valuable in league 1.

Not really. There wasn't enough collective effort on a consistent basis last season, so there's little reason to believe that will change this season. Perhaps Richard Shaw and (hopefully) the momentum of winning can improve the culture.
