Hussey played well, regularly beat his man 2nd half. Saturday was Murphy's best game for us - the save that caused the injury was only overshadowed by Camp's - and he then conceded.
my thoughts entirley mumford..........you can't tell me there wasn't a keeper in our lge who didn't have a better game..........Lee Camp pulled off the 2nd best saved i think i've seen against us!
The first being andy marshall for norwich against dion dublin............was the closest save to gordon banks i've ever seen!
Why WTF? Murphy kept a cleansheet and made a couple of good saves and from what I heard Hussey had an excellent game. We should be really pleased when our players make the team of the week, it means they were statistically the best preforming player for their position.
You think?
I must admit I saw him against Barnsley and he was woeful, looked terrified every time the ball went near him and then topped it off by jumping on top of the ball for their pen.
He seemed to have his confidence back and was beating players often enough - certainly second half
Wrong had the best game i've seen from him in sky blue totally involved throughout the game ,no hiding played like a man, tracked tackled marked attacked the flank got to the byline deivered his crosses ,nothing more he could do but score ,previous dire performances are tainting his performance on saturday.

It isn't what a player don't do, but what a player does do. He put in a good shift overall and put some good crosses in. Best game of the season so far by Hussey.
