Godden started 29 games last season - Hiwula 35

I was more reffering to the fact he played 48 games and scored 18, he was on the bench 19 times, slight exaggeration I know

Still scored more than Hiwula? Which is the argument really

When did he play down the middle?
If he scored 13 last season and played out wide most the season.. Logic tells you that he may get more playing centrally... Never happened and now he's off by the looks of it after a poor start

Shit argument

If you want to start pulling opinions, I'm more than happy to spend an hour making some of yours look absolutely terrible???

Are we actually discussing whether we're better than last season? We've got 9 more points and have scored 10 more goals and conceded 3 less than at this stage last season.

I do, but mcfadzean has played over 100 games there... I watch mcfadzean he's more a leader, reads the tackles better and is better with his feet in terms of distribution

It’s a bit pointless comparing players careers who are 7 years apart. I don’t think McFadzean played there until he was 29?

Going back to the OP, on the whole the tactics are fine. The biggest problem we have is going ahead and becoming a bit more protectionist on our lead rather than continuing to do what got us the lead in the first place. On too many occasions MR has been slow to react to changes in the way the game is going to regain the upper hand. We've also missed a lot of very good chances. Whether we seem to struggle a bit more against the poorer sides is due to them giving us less space etc is a talking point.

I don't think the tactics are that far off, we created numerous chances which drew 2-3 good aves from their keeper on Saturday, it was jut one of those days. Could have easily have been 3-0 as it was 1-1.

We are so good away scoring for fun...

Eh? A matter of weeks ago, the majority were rightly decrying our away form as we hadn't won away all season in the league. Two 4-1 victories does not a summer make.
