Ok simple question yes or no... Do we have a better team and squad than last season.

I think we have a fair bit of value in the squad now..

I just wouldn't say if we don't go up this year we will NEVER go up, that's an insane prediction

I genuinely have no idea what you get out of supporting a team. A genuine question, what do you enjoy about following us? I think with some stuff you rightly call things out and I’d probably consider myself to be in the higher % of people on here who tolerate you but sometimes you really do push the boundaries. Even in a season where we’re doing really well you manage to put a negative spin on it and it’s basically disaster if we don’t get promoted. If we were in Liverpool shoes you’d probably still find something to moan about.

It’s a disaster because of our situation. The club have been in this division for 9 years and 1 year even lower

We have not actually come close to being promoted from this league in all that time.

We are financially bankrupt and literally are hanging by a thread. We have zero hole of returning to Coventry unless a franchise London rugby club allows us to by changing its stance.

We have no support at all from the local council and half of our supporters just blindly think we get have regime change by just protesting

This for all sorts of reasons is a shit or bust season and if you can’t see that it’s really not my problem

Chaplin and Thomas are in the championship. Baylis has signed for the championship. Willis is in a team that I’m sure will finish higher than us. Everyone wanted Bright back.

You haven’t really illustrated other then Dabo where the improvement is?

Chaplin scored less goals in the league last season than godden?
Dabo is better Rose is better than Davies, marosi is better than Burge, Allen and o hare are better than bayliss, Shipley is producing better than bayliss last season as is Westbrook... McCallum is being tracked by Liverpool, mcfadzean is a better defender than Davies and Willis.
Walsh is better than bayliss in the same role nion as last season.

Please tell me you are joking?

Would bright start as he doesn't track back, or seem to want to do the dirty work??

We have josh Pask to come back too, and Jodi Jones when fit

Has bayliss played for Preston?

I would say Willis is better than McFadzean. Sunderland fans love him and remember Robins was prepared to make him the highest paid player at the club

I think mcfadzean a player who has played over 100 matches at championship level is a better defender than Jordan Willis who had his best spells in league 2

They had 2 months to sign him.... Sunderland came in right at the end and picked him up free.

Luton pondered and pondered and never signed him, that's not missing out that's taking the piss
They could have signed him immediately after his contract expired and the Sunderland thing would never have happened

Okay I’ll rephrase, why do you ‘support’ the club?

I also just want to clarify the following but this will probably mean you’ll ignore the above question. So, you think the squad is no better than last year, which was our first season back in league one, but you think a Taxi is warming up for Robins if we don’t get promoted. So in summary, you think the least we should have expected is back to back promotions?

You are making random statements. You say Godden is better than Chaplin as he’s scored more goals and last season we were poor. So on that basis Hiwula is far better as he’s scored more than both and last season in a much poorer team

Willis was offered a much improved contract and McFazdean is here only as Willis wouldn’t sign. So Robins wanted him ahead of McFazdean?

Is McCallum bring tracked by Liverpool as indeed were Adam Barton and Connor Thomas? He was here last season anyway?

You said e players are better than Baylis? Did we have 3 players of that name last season? Again Westbrook and Shipley were here last season and Robins doesn’t think Allen is good enough to start

Walsh and O’hare are loanees from a higher league and the latter is kept out the starting line up by players all who were in the squad last season?

No matty godden scored more goals from the bench than Hiwula did last season...

He has 3 goals less in the league than Hiwula last season with 17 games remaining and 2 months out... Again you are talking rubbish

Mccallum wasn't in the squad much last season was he Grendel.
So essentially he's a newer face in the squad whose coming into his own.

Allen has had a long injury and Robins didn't change a winning team, I'd bet that over the next few weeks he will take his place in the starting 11.

You used bright as a point in your argument, don't moan if I use loanees in mine , they are still current squad players... End of story

Is Rose worse than Davies, Is hyam worse than Davies?

You make no sense. Where did I expect back to back promotions? It’s not me either who says his great this squad is and should be in the top two but if it is and we are not who do you blame?

Er Godden didn’t play for us last season? Remember we had a far poorer team so Hiwula performed heroics?

The league is stronger and all teams in the top 8 have improved? So Peterborough have improved as they no longer have Godden surely?

I do, but mcfadzean has played over 100 games there... I watch mcfadzean he's more a leader, reads the tackles better and is better with his feet in terms of distribution
