This soulless complex has a capacity of 32,609 despite Coventry's attendances averaging little more than 10,000

So attendences are low in 1 season so the ground should be demolised?

If these dickheads did there research they would see the average over the life of the Ricoh is far higher than that.

17k to be exact.

Can't totally blame the owners for that, attendances were already dropping from 21k in the first year of the Ricoh to 17k on Sisu's full season in charge when they were actually investing.

Is that % full? I wasn't implying talk sport are right more pointing out the reality that an average of 17k is only just over half full.

Haha no, I got that list off the ITV Sports website. All those clubs had under 53% average last year.

The number is there league position, and I certainly wasn't going to sit here and delete them all!

My point was that attendances had already dropped to 17k and were dropping, probably going towards the 14-16k highfield road norm. Yes relegation caused attendances to drop last season. I am not defending sisu.

We can blame 30 years of total mediocrity ( except one day in the sun ) . Even if the current owners feck off the crowds won't stretch past 11000.

Of course it is. If you rent a house is it not your home??

The threat of moving has made me realise how much I like the Ricoh.

That station would be one to go , garbage commentators , I find it hard to believe Collymore slags players off about work rate, he was one of the laziest footballers iv'e ever seen.

Richard Keys does.....oh and he gets fucking raped for it on here and Twitter...and MQ has re-tweeted stuff in the past SISU OUT ect and when Coventry is mentioned he always has good things to say about the club...you cant shut him up when starts on about the hatrick he scored v Arsenal...Top Lad imo. Brazil was here for about 5 minutes and played about 12 games 30 years ago...not sure he has much aligence to us he tends to talk about Ipswich and Spurs.

Literally two weeks ago I was driving along listening to TkSp...& thought someone ought to complain under trade descriptions act. 80% Champagne Charlie clubs, 10% other Premiership clubs, 5% other clubs (50% of that is Scottish football)& 5% other sports is my guess at the actual breakdown.

Just bait, to get a discussion going.

Totally disrespectful to the fans of 'more ordinary' clubs. Whoever wrote the article , does not have the intelligence to understand that we can't all be successful and rich clubs. Nor does he (or she) have the foresight to see where new developments (like MK dons ) can eventually lead to.......in thirty years time, people may be looking at that club and saying 'what an achievement, and vision the owner must have had'
