Charming.....they think the ricoh should be demolished
http://www.talksport.co.uk/magazine...ball-stadiums-should-be-demolished-199198?p=1
This soulless complex has a capacity of 32,609 despite Coventry's attendances averaging little more than 10,000
So attendences are low in 1 season so the ground should be demolised?
If these dickheads did there research they would see the average over the life of the Ricoh is far higher than that.
17k to be exact.
Its brilliant considering our owners52% full........hardly worth boasting about.

Well if that justifies demolishing a clubs football ground, say goodbye to all of these:
Southend United (11)
Wycombe Wanderers (15)
Plymouth Argyle (21)
Accrington Stanley (18)
Dagenham & Redbridge (22)
Morecambe (16)
Port Vale (3)
Aldershot Town (24)
Rochdale (12)
Fleetwood Town (13)
Hartlepool United (23)
Brentford (3)
Crewe Alexandra (13)
Stevenage (18)
Doncaster Rovers (1)
Preston North End (14)
Yeovil Town (4)
Leyton Orient (7)
Milton Keynes Dons (8)
Sc-unithorpe United (21)
Walsall (9)
Tranmere Rovers (11)
Colchester United (20)
Oldham Athletic (19)
Notts County (12)
Carlisle United (17)
Bury (22)
Millwall (20)
Blackburn Rovers (17)
Middlesbrough (16)
Barnsley (21)
Is that % full?
So who do we blame for the 10/11000 last season? Can't totally blame the owners for that, attendances were already dropping from 21k in the first year of the Ricoh to 17k on Sisu's full season in charge when they were actually investing.
Haha no, I got that list off the ITV Sports website. All those clubs had under 53% average last year.
The number is there league position, and I certainly wasn't going to sit here and delete them all!
So who do we blame for the 10/11000 last season?
...........My point was that attendances had already dropped to 17k and were dropping, probably going towards the 14-16k highfield road norm. Yes relegation caused attendances to drop last season. I am not defending sisu.

I thought that was pretty much the heart of the matter? It's NOT OUR football ground!!!
perhaps there should be a list of 6 pointless radio stations :thinking about:
Of course it is. If you rent a house is it not your home??
The threat of moving has made me realise how much I like the Ricoh.
That station would be one to go , garbage commentators , I find it hard to believe Collymore slags players off about work rate, he was one of the laziest footballers iv'e ever seen.
Anyway for years i thought it was Talk Arsenal/Chelsea/Man u / Liverpool
i know what you mean, alan brazil and mick quinn both ex cov players but i dont think ive ever heard them say anything about whats going on.
