Document full of uncertainty, not sure what the administrator has to sell, he can only do so much, the desision really lies with the FL main asset to play in the FL (golden Share), two companies think they have the right LTD, Holdings, cannot have two CCFC playing FL need to decide who they are going to let play !! its the begining of the end, SISU stated if somebody made right offer they have always said they will listen and may walk away, Saying the never play at ricoh again may make FL ears prick up and take notice and it depends if they are happy for CCFC to play away from Ricoh. May have missed a few bits
Hope this helps people that missed it

Also you have to say that Sisu are cutting their own throats here. They are saying we have to move for the future good of CCFC, yet the bidders for new ownership are saying they will happily stay at the Ricoh and not move away.
Surely if moving away is the only option then all the bidders would be singing off the same hymn sheet and saying the same.
Would assume that the other bidders would develop the area, build the train station, buy ACL and the Ricoh etc etc and CCFC would benefit from additional income streams. SISU will not invest to that extent. So their own proposal makes sense to them

Its not the best option for CCFC but the only option with SISU in charge. The preferred option is not available to SISU even if they had the finance. So much hatred between them CCC/ACL. Hell will freeze over before they do a deal.

I think thats the crux of it right there. SISU are a relatively small hedge fund that looks to make a short term investment for a quick return. They were the wrong kind of operation to ever get involved with a football club. They didn't understand what they were getting in to or what it takes to breed success on the pitch.
Haskell by contrast has experience of building longer term investments in property and developing several income streams at once for the long term gain so on the face of it is a better fit. We don't yet know who the Chinese/Malay consortium consists of but one of the rumoured names is the Huawei corporation. They are looking to invest in the UK so that they can become a major player in the european mobile market. To them, chucking £100 million to resolve the clubs issues and make it self sustaining would be worthwhile for the good will and free advertising it would bring so they could afford to write off the costs of uniting club with stadium and would not need to see a return on their investment in the short term.
