Micky Quinn this morning, nominated and awarded Coventry CIty FC and our fans, the weekly "bacon butty award" on Talk Sport.We were awarded it ahead of some notable nominees too. Seems a large number of people have noticed and sympathised with our plight, a Leicester fan even bought me a pint on Friday night, he was that impressed with our passion and support. I live in Leicester and must convey that I have received only support and sympathy for our cause. They really are not such a bad lot you know, I work with Villa and Wolves fans and they too have been supportive, and all are genuinely pleased for us.
What a great week it has been, now I sincerely hope the future will be bright. I am optimistic about our future, well done all Coventry fans, you have done us and football proud.
