There will be no takeover and the sooner people realise this the better

Think we won't hear anything till well into the summer if at all.
Wouldn't even be surprised if Sisu are still running the show at the start of next season either.

the take over will happen at end of the season when the value of the club will be dictated by the league we are in.

Any thing people say about the takeover is pure speculation. They may be taking to Hoffman but talking and actually having a bid on the table are 2 different things and once there is a bid on the table we could still see it drawn out for months

errr the value of the club is the same in this division or a lower one - less than £1 That will not change

Any payment will be how much of SISU's loan is settled - that has nothing to do with the value of the club

That is if a sale happens at all. I wouldnt hold your breath

Sorry, I'd love to prove it and I could, but there are confidentiality agreements. But it's happening bar some disaster. Of course it could breakdown, but it's definitely progressing well

Boring - same old crap. Really not interested anymore. SISU own the club - end of. Hoffman takeover is rubbish. Time to move on and face facts.

Fisher doing a reasonable job. Team seem to be making a good fist of it as we fight for survival. Thought we looked up for it today against an in-form Blues. A good point. Our fate rests in our hands now with the upcoming fixtures against our relegation rivals.

The protests and take over rubbish can wait now we are at the business end of the season.

Nothing will happen until the season is over.

We will only know then if SISU are staying or going.

I heard the same thing last week, Chinese investor, interested in how we can get back our grade 1 academy status ( maybe grade 2 I can't remember what they said but it's 1 up from where we are now ) . Mid to end of April..

Sorry but I just have to ask....Why oh Why would a Chinese investor be interested in CCFC? Serious question.

End of season is likely. Although I must stress, I don't know all details, just the bits I know, which are related to my work.

Did anyone see the Darren Brown episode where he starts a myth abouth a sculpture of a dog that would provide luck to anyone who touches it?

It was interesting to follow how the myth spread from something nobody had ever heard of to most people accepting the lucky dog as a fact of life.

Much like the Hoffman takeover ...

(Google -> Derren Brown The Lucky Dog)

How right you are. It's ridiculous that people still swallow this rubbish.

Next someone on here will say if Andy Thorn was manager of West Ham or Leicester they would be 10 points better off. Oh hold on a minute...

Sorry, should confirm that I am guessing as much as anyone on the timeframe. As I said, I don't know details just that it's happening as it stands.

I'm just guessing end of season as it makes sense.

Personally I'm with most of you, let it run it's course, when it's done we'll all know about it. I was just clarifying to those who say it isn't happening that it is - bar, like any deal, something happening to make it collapse.

It wasn't ink. It was a pencil and he signed it but his agent had a rubber and quickly erased all trace.

Time for a sweepstake. We all pick a date, then no matter when the takeover happens, someone will be right.
