Is the silence over Hoffman takeover bid a good sign or a bad sign? bearing in mind Hoffman didn't want the original news to go public. (Assuming people think his takeover would be good.)

I would hope this means good. You would think if SISU don't play ball or get in talks, it will come out in the press via a public announcement from Hoffman that he tried and they would not come to agreement. If talks are ongoing I am remaining hopeful. Also considering they are now looking at loan players, would make sense. They don't want to be shelling out for players if they will be selling up. With loans they can work out an agreement with wages and stick to same / lesser budget than last season and still have competition for places. Definitely hopeful.
