What should sisu tactics be for Friday

1) pay the rent arrears
2) continue to argue contract is null and void
3) arrange share issue to fans to buy shares to aid finding shortfall
4) do nothing and accept administration

Need this sorted as soon as possible. Getting tired if it all bogging the club down. SISU, if you have the money; stop being a bunch of prats and pay up. If not, then I'm guessing admin will happen. The time for talking is over now.

SISU need to keep it tight at the back and take their chances up front, IMHO.

It's all about trying to disrupt proceedings, so, they could bring David Bell on to issue a personal injury claim. Or maybe ask somebody at the club to make a claim against Steve Jennings under the Trades Descriptions Act.

You think we'd last long in the Championship?

Now is the time, if ever there was one, where we can go into admin, take a points penalty and still be relatively secure in Division 1 and start again.

- Before Friday
SISU pay up
ACL agree free rent in League 1
SISU ACL agree rent amount for Championship and PL
- After Friday
Independent valuers value stadium and SISU buy it all
Close this bulletin board as we will have nothing to talk about (or was there something else ?)

The SISU directors should stand on the sidelines and whenever their barrister makes a statement, "boo" him.

Apparently, the, "booing"'is guaranted to boost his confidence and performance!

SISU decide not to contest the action. We take our chances on what the Admin says. Club ends up with new owners who do a deal with ACL and CCC. The club and arena can be made into a successful business. Fans who support SISU have a sulk. The majority get behind the new regime.
We start a new era even if it means points deductions for one season. Next season we build and get promotion the following year.
That is the dream scenario IMO

More likely, SISU drag it out for at least a year and the slow decline continues.

in my opinion it is

keeper-same . better at league one but can do job in champship

full backs-better..we have cyrus with another year under his belt and improving all the time and 2 left backs finnnaly, one who looks like a star

centrebacks-worse

midfield- better .lots of options jennings, thomas, fleck, barton, moussa, bell, baker with more to possibly come in summer, much better than the diamond of last year with clingan

upfront - give me better leon clarke,,elliott over platt, rod, nimely any day. and i beleive cody macdonald can cut it in championship too if given games.

that is all assuming without NO INVESTMENT if we got promoted which i think is unlikely

so yeh i would be inclined to think we would stay up with a slightly better squad and a much better manager than when we went down

This is the key reason I feel we would struggle to stay up assuming no investment. The bigges difference I can see between the two leagues is quality of defense and attacking third. We already concede too many in league one and have lost more points from winning positions because of this defensive deficiency.

yeh i can agree on that, with no investment we would struggle

but considering how much sisu have backed managers in league one i feel on the back of promotion we could expect 1 or 2 CBs to come into the club

Yes, it wouldn't be surprising!
The rent arrears, are probably lying, festering, and gathering interest in another SISSU investment pot, and the possibility is that they could make a profit out of the default. If they do pay up after all the problems they have caused, it would be nice to see them picking up the total court costs, and interest on the £1.3 million, payed in full by Saturday Morning 9am Sharp.
