Southgate had experience in the international setup and without opening a can of worms, his record at tournament was far better than his predecessors.

I was a sceptic about Lampard but boy O boy he has won me over, the passion he showed yesterday with his finger wagging at their number 6 I think it was, not entirely sure what that was about becuase I only got to see it at 10.30 last night ( I recorded the game and didn't look at my phone all day, dragged shopping by Mrs Floyd) and when he was doing aggresive fist bumps after wow he definitely enjoyed that win, also special mention for Doug King and what he has done for our club thus far, the vision and passion he has shown and I agree with Hazuk, the last 8 years have been a roller coaster ride at times but our rise has been absolutely fucking fantastic !!
I think his go at the number 6 was because of his reaction when they scored, EMC was on the floor and he got right in his face, its a very quick part on the videos after they score, you have to look closely, but I thought their no 6 was being a prick

That win ratio is the best in our history.

Lampard will be remembered as one of our greats

If we maintain even just our home form under Lampard for the rest of the season we'll get another 25 points. Leaving us to find 10-15 away from home.

We’ll surely lose at home at some point, but hopefully when it’s irrelevant.

Hes also a very likeable man , i also think he absolutely loves managing this football club

This is why he’s been a success I think. He knew when he come in the situation. He knew there would be backlash.

His job was to restore that connection between squad and manager and the fans. He’s done that and he’s now currently 23 games from adding his name to our legends list

Think we lose against Ipswich then don’t lose again. Just think they’ve got our number.

That's very likely if we leave defensive gaps like today. Thought Swansea found lots of space moving the ball forward quickly and mostly on the ground.

We are the only stand out club in this division, others keep stumbling and dropping points .
We really have nothing to fear against any side and once we are free of the bug in the squad I expect to go on another long unbeaten run

There will be a certain dynamic to that game, but I don't expect it to matter,3-1 to us!

I actually think someone is due a battering from us soon. Created a lot, got into good attacking positions and so on but not converted them.

At the current rate, we’ll be mathematically up by then.

There’s too many teams in the league who are awful away. Meanwhile, Boro’s away and home record is not strong as ours so I’m struggle to see how we mess things up from here. I cannot see it.

If the Ipswich game was in a month I’d be a lot more confident. Just think they’ve caught us at just the right time. No biggy, you don’t need to win every game to win the league.

Of Ipswich.

But no-one seems to be mentioning Hull who are level on points with them and are better than both of us in the 6 game form table.

Theyve got at big game at the Riverside, If we beat Ipswich then whatever happens in that fame will benefit us.

A win would be amazing and I can see it if we’ve got the energy to draw on. I think the players feel they owe them one.
