Man City just gave SWP a standing round of applause to welcome SWP on for QPR.

Is that allowed or....?

Not really the same, it will be if SWP scores the winner past them and they do it then.

I think they're applauding his service to the club? 270 appearances apparently.

N when did GMc score the winner?

I think Man C will be okay at 6-0.

Ah sorry, I completely forgot about Tudgay in the last minute!!!

The goal to take the lead then.....

Difference between clapping a player coming on who has been at your club a while and clapping their goal.

I thought the majority clapped GMc before and after the game? And GMc applauded the Cov fans IIRC.

I was talking about your "Is that allowed or....?" comment that was trying to stir up a bit of shit.. I assume you think people are stupid and can't see the point

Not sure anybody has an issue with applauding ex players who have been at their club a long while. Some players are taking off at 90 minutes just to get that.

Just not when they score goals against them.
