For some reason unbeknownst to me, Sweden are down to be playing 2 friendlies in January - Could lose Viktor for a week if he’s travelling, how frustrating

The club won’t let him go when we have games forthcoming

Not sure about that. We play Burnley on Jan 14th, so that would be an issue. We play Wrexham on 7th. Maybe he is rested for that, and we let him play for them on 9th ? Compromise ?

No probs, we'll have shit loads of new players in by then!

For those planning to go , both games are at Estadio Algarve near Faro.

So will they only be for Swedish based players since they are in Portugal? That still maybe true as no issues with releasing players as Swedish clubs not playing at time of year.

I wouldn't worry. By the 03rd of January it'll be another teams problem. We'll have his wages to re invest to build the squad though.

Yes. It's the equivalent of the games that Vik got his international debut in.
