Highlights are up! A few good saves from RCC, hope Slade keeps him between the sticks on Saturday.

Yep, very soft penalty.

Especially how easy he went down, for a big striker as well.

Turnbull should not let attackers get a run on him like that. Haynes is a defensive liability. RCC is better than 10 Burges in goal.

Their penalty... Looked like a massive dive?

He is a very good technical player, just lacks match sharpness and decision making.

And tackling ability and stamina and strength and a goalscoring skills and awareness.

Besides that he's a great player.

Hmmm...... yes, but Haynes doesn't really seem to complain. You would think he would be going apocalyptic.

Would expect much more in the way of Sky Blue protest.

Hope it wasn't a shirt tug, because that would twice now.

750 CCFC fans there, for this trophy,
to me that shows more than ever what a sleeping giant our club is,
I'd hope this is a demonstrable case of what could be, not that JS or TF would catch on, even accounting for TF's knowledge of football

It didn't look a penalty on the night but I think the ref was after Haynes.
He mistimed several tackles and was booked after the ref gave him a warning a little earlier
He then made a few more rash challenges - ironically not including the penalty in my opinion
Perhaps he feared a second booking and being sent off so didn't make a fuss

There looked to be a lot more than 250 Sky Blues fans there btw

Looked like a training game the amount of time and space both teams had in some of those highlights.

Didn't look a pen, but probably the wrong camera angle to properly assess.

Yep, I clicked that too. The amount of time Reilly has for instance to get that shot in. Wow!

Couldn't see any reason to give a penalty tbf. There 2nd penalty miss was a shocking kick!!

He's currently our leading scorer and should have had more.

Which tells you
1) that statistics can be misleading and
2) the rest of the squad aren't shown in a very good light (I'll make an exception for Beavon) (plus I expect Otis to add 3) and possibly 4))!!

Eh? Lamerias has scored 1.

Of the players still here, Tudgay, Rose and Willis are our top scorers on 3 each.

Unless I've missed some obvious joke.

In all competitions.
Read he was level with Sordell on five.

Ahhh BBC doesn't count Checkatrade games apparently. You're sort of right. He's second on 4 behind Willis on 5.

Consider me a man in orthopaedic shoes.

I struggle to even consider you a man at times.

It's 11.35pm now.

This is one of those times.

There was probably 300-400 there completely filled the block allocated and had to spill into the next one....nearly 100 arrived 10 minutes into the game. Apparently there was a shambles trying to buy tickets on the gate - they were selling Home end tickets I think!
RCC played well all game to be honest...positionally strong, distributed fairly well and got behind any shots.
