The Butts will not happen. There is not enough space for a decent sized stadium let alone a car park. There are railway lines on one side, the old tech which has some sort of preservation status, oap's home, residents, busy road already. It is just a decoy in some game between Tim and Wasps.

There does seem to be a bit of PR campaign going on. Have you tried to comment on a wasps article at the Telegraph site. I think that tells you all you need to know.
