If the new stadium is so important to our long-term future, and the Ricoh such a millstone around our necks, why is the new stadium taking so much longer than we initially thought, and how damaging will this be to the club?

No? I'm going by Les Reid's reports on the stadium deal last year.
Looks like Boddy has just confirmed there's a seven year break clause - so we're minimum three years behind target then. Is it unreasonable to ask why that is, and what damage that could do?
Surely see if more information about the "deal" comes out?
Myself and Pete are already looking at arranging a meeting to discuss match day experience/fan engagement.
