This whole we're going to travel all the way over to Northampton to stand on a hill and not support the team who genuinely needs it is ridiculous. What are they actually achieving up there ? They all left at half time. With almost silence inside the stadium ( I didn't hear 1 song all game ) and those muppets on the outside, we end up looking like a laughing stock to most of the league instead of the united front needed to progress in this division. We've had nopm and kcic both of which only make a difference in the heads of the deluded on this forum. In this time of Great Depression the team needs support and if that means 20 pound a week in shitsus pocket then it's a small price to pay to give this club, not the owners, your support through the hard times.

I think what makes us a laughing stock is our playing 34 miles away from Coventry while there's a perfectly good stadium standing empty right here in the city.

I've supported this club through thick and thin since 1968, but will never ever set foot inside Northampton.

We have lost a few games and I believe your reaction is more profound than the gentlemen who stand on the hill. When I was a student in Cambridge I had a part-time job working in the Coop. One guy from Scotland, who worked in the fruit and veg department, made a stand against South African grapes and he actually lost his job. This was at the same time we were campaigning to free Nelson Mandela. This showed me that we all react differently to different situations and thank God we do. That young guy is a hero of mine as he stood for something he believed passionately in, just like you and the guys inside and outside the ground. I support them on the hill because they are CCFC fans. I support the guys in the ground because they are CCFC. I GENUINELY LOVE EVERYONE WHO IS A CCFC FAN. As I say we all protest in different ways and my way is through PRAYER. Joy S is a committed Christian so I believe she will respond to prayer. If there are any people of religion (any) I ask you all to pray for Joy and Tim, and pray for their families and their lives, and pray that God will guide them in the direction of Hope and Love for our GREAT club. Also I would like to pray for the good people of Northampton who have helped us in our plight. We must always remember their kindness through all of this. AMEN to that!!

'69 myself & I'll never go to Northampton & I have the willpower to see it through.

In my eyes those inside the ground are the muppets.

I stand on the hill, and I'm not laughing at you for thinking we leave at half time.
We move round the other side of the hill.

You didn't hear anything Sunday, because the drummer and the vuvuzela wasn't there.

If you want to go that's your choice and I understand your view; I don't agree with it though. I still think stepping foot inside that ground is letting them know they can do what they like with our club and we'll follow blindly and I refuse to help justify that view

No, I go for her being Mormon. Wouldn't that be great!!!! We buy the Ricoh and become a centre for religious meetings. We will have Billy Graham, The JWs, the Mormons haha I see most guys especially the GMKers refusing to go in the Ricoh. Otis, Smiles, Nick and Bob Bones could sell Watch Tower outside the ground. haha, HEAVEN. Flying F you could go around with the plate f that is ok?

I've never been to Northampton but will be on the hill for Sheffield United.

My hope is that there will be more fans on the hill than inside and if that is the case it is a headline for the media.
If we can see the cameras then the cameras can see us, so lets make as much noise as possible.

We should seek as much bad publicity for SISU as possible because those funding them will not want the bad publicity.
Anyone know who SISU backers are so we can bring their names into it ?

It's time to challenge this utter bollocks.

The people who stand on the hill aren't muppets.

The people who go into sixfields aren't scabs.

If you use either of these terms, you're not helping.

If you've got an argument to make, then make it, but lay off the pathetic playground name calling.

The players need our support?

I would argue that what they need even more is stable ownership, competent leadership and to be playing at the Ricoh.

Hang on, thought they were better off without our support as the ones staying away were somehow preventing the team playing well in the past.

I TOTALLY disagree. These people who spend their time and money to make a stand against what SISU have done are absolute stars in my book. People actually doing something. I dont go and will never do to Northampton but that it invisible action / protest compared to the Hill supporters. I would join them to but live to far away and have other priorities.

So you are right and the vast majority of our fans are wrong?

I suppose we should give in and let SISU do what they want.

I'm neither SISU nor ACL/CCC

However, I am in the opinion that if 2/3 years of this shit sorts us out in the long term, I am willing to take it as its been shit for far too long.

but fans fighting fans, fucking idiots
