Good news but what a farce this has been with the tickets. I hope it's not a sign of things to come and improves for Millwall away.

It's hardly been a farce?
People are upset with the priority system but that's not due to the roll out of it it's just cause they can't get the tickets they want...
The limit on numbers of tickets came from Sunderland who then decided we could have 500 more... Which were offered at the same priority point we were at and then on general sale all communicated throughout.

The only real issue has come with the postage of them? Hardly a farce on our end.

Tickets went on sale late. City claimed they hadn't received them, Sunderland confirmed we had. One club is telling porkies and we certainly have a history of this last season with QPR & Barnsley away.
The points system allowed someone with 999 points the same access as someone with their first season ticket.
Extra 500 went on sale then took off-sale early with 100 left.
Told collection from Sunderland as we hadn't received them (Twitter). Turns out we had it was due to the ticket office being closed Friday.
Then they tell people to collect from the new Club shop in town and not from Sunderland like originally instructed.
Neh, not a farce.

Well when you put it like that .

The tweet they put out seems strange to. If you've pre purchased pick them up Friday at the shop. If you purchased the other tickets we recommend you pick them up Friday from the shop but whenever possible.

Where did Sunderland confirm this i can't see it anywhere?

The club have to balance up previous support with current support. It also didn't matter anyway given tickets went on general sale. Again it isn't a farce just because you disagree.

The tickets didn't go off sale early. They literally said when we got the tickets they will go off sale midday Thursday. TICKETS: Additional Sunderland allocation - tickets available at 2pm

The article explained that we hadn't received the tickets as of Wednesday so they couldn't arrange postage? Again hardly a farce if they didn't have the tickets on Wednesday? Doesn't give the ticket office which is closing for the weekend any time to sort out delivery does it?

People now have the option to collect at the new club shop (so they tried to be helpful to those that want to collect prior?) or can still collect at the stadium on Sunday.

The issues have come from the Sunderland end.

As you work in the ticket office, how come they couldn't put the final one hundred on sale at the new club shop in West Orchards?
