The German 2nd division running it close with 12 (out of only 18 teams).

But they've got three teams over 40k (including one at about 57k and another 60k+)

They've also got 6 who would be higher than Leeds in 2nd.

I’m pretty sure attending football out there is considerably more affordable than it is here, there clubs still identify with and draw most of their support from Blue Collar/Working Class people.
you could probably purchase an entire row at Karlsruher for the price of 1 adult & 1 child’s tickets in the Sunderland end on Saturday

Same in block 17, stewards stood on the steps just meant more people had to stand to see action down the far end, caused more harm than good them being there, shock
