Whilst I know there is a lot of anomisty online, as somebody who lives in the NE a lot of my colleagues are Sunderland fans and most actually have a very reasonable take on football.
Had some nice texts actually saying we are a decent side, that it was a Game of two halves but we stood up second half and their manager tried to see it out which was a mistake.
It makes going into work much better for me on Monday knowing we haven't been stuffed

I guess you get used to the smell up there eventually?As someone else who lives in the north east, a lot of my colleagues have been Sunderland fans. Most were decent enough, but absolutely NONE of them had reasonable takes on football. Not one.
