Just heard on the radio that you're aiming for nationwide media, what does success look like?

100? 200? 500? 1000? 2000 people on the hill?

A 10 second brief mention on sky and the odd shot away at the hill? Or a 2-3 minute interview?

better than it just being an empty stadium and the usual "no-one turns up for league one matches"

True. Just wondered whether there was any set objectives, that's all.

Why don't you ask Timmy what crowd inside the ground he'll consider a success?

I'm thinking it will be lower than 2,000.

Does it matter Stupot,?
We all have our own views on what's best, watching at home, in the pub, going into Sixfields or standing on the Hill.
What would the media, the FL, ACL, TF, JS, Sky TV think if on Sunday there was an empty stadium? Do you think our plight would get national coverage, do you think questions would be asked, would the FL be embarrassed enough to think about making changes?
Our support is divided, we all think we know what's right, to me even if 100 fans were on the Hill it shows we have a problem that cannot be sorted by just one group, decisions have to be made before its to late, forget pride and personalities and do what's right for the City of Coventry, for the young and old and for us the supporters.

It doesn't matter, I wasn't trying to pick a fight, or say what's right or what's wrong, I just wondered what a successful hill protest on Sunday would look like, what their aim is, etc.

I was a ST at the Ricoh, and I haven't been to a single match this season - I'm looking forward to watching them on sky.

Was not trying to put my views over in any other way than one of asking questions Stupot.

If you protest on the hill and you feel that is right for you..that's a success.

if whatever you choose to do FEELS right..it's right.

I applaud the hill dwellers..You can not measure what they are doing in terms of success or failure..they are just doing it because it feels for them the right thing to do.

It sounds as though you are being slightly patronising in the tone of the question.

I didn't mean to be patronising, and I was specifically talking about Sunday's game because there has been a lot of chat about it because we're on sky, and because it specifically mentioned it on cwr radio news that they were hoping for a big turn out and decent media coverage.

I wished I'd never bothered asking.

I see what your question is stupot...but I don't envisage any major message coming through from whatever happens protest wise on Sunday.

I'm sure sky will mention it..even give it 2-3 mins of small debate.

But if it was any other club..I'd feel sorry for the fans for 2 minutes..and then forget all about it..ONLY WE CARE..AND THATS THE BARE TRUTH!

I'll settle for 2 minutes over nothing at all.
See you on the hill Sunday.

From what I can gather (and I'll be at home) anything like 100 in the rain when its on Sky is a result. The aims seem to be get mentioned on the commentary and in match reports so I guess if you want a quantifiable measure?

As with any protest, the main aim is raising/maintaining awareness.
