Here's a useful guide to cities by population if that helps http://www.ukcities.co.uk/populations/

What question? The one completely unrelated to what you were talking about?

You said we deserved to be there because of population and being in the top flight for years, it doesn't justify it.

For the avoidance doubt my question is can you name cities in England of a similar size to Coventry who do not have a football club in a better position both on and off the pitch than CCFC.

And I was asking how that would justify the fact we should be in the premier league based on population and being working class? You do realise asking a leading question in reply to something unrelated doesn't distract from it, or are you trying to say that because we are the lowest of the top 10 cities we should automatically be in the Premier League or Top end of the championship?

That must have taken you a while to think up.

It's those facts again, they are bastards. I don't think you liked them last time when you moaned about the lack of signings and said I must be in bed with SISU because I pointed out how many players Mowbray signed.

Tony Mowbray was the best manager the club could hope to have, yet SISU did not give him sufficient backing. We stand no chance of getting a known manager while SISU own the club - who would want to manage a club that is due to be homeless in a year and a half, in the process of selling their training ground, has openly stated they are not going to fund the team, and have such a disastrous record?

Exactly. Any potential manager is sure to give TM a ring and ask him, "how were things at CCFC?". And I think we all know what the answer would be.

No - it means you think Wakefield is a city.

When talking population, far more realistic too gage it on urban areas than cities,
For eg: Liverpool population about 500.000 but the continuous built up urban area
With Liverpool at its center 1.5 million or Nottingham 300.000 smaller than Coventry
But the Nottingham built up urban area is 700.000 so actually twice the size.

Wakefield was awarded City status in 1888.

Last season was our shot. I want Sisu out but you can't say they didn't back TM last season when we we were doing well, it is clear TM asked for funds for experienced players to get us over the line, he got that, he just recruited badly.

Clearly. You also seemed to have found the formula for how successful your cities football team should be. It's clearly all based on when you received city status Plus it means SISU are shit again. Everyone is a winner, yay . Well except Grendull . Oh wait, yay

SISU are poison, a proven or name manager would be unwise to risk the experience after what happened to TM.
It might be best to give a promising National League manager a chance, I'm sure quite a few would like a go even at times like this.
I prefer SISU to go which will clear the decks and make the club far more enticing.

What are your thoughts on where the club should play after the current Ricoh deal runs out?

Sorry, I never player recruitment. Didn't make it very clear.

No idea where we will be, I can see it being extended though.
