Good player, was excited about this one but looks like that ship has sailed.Just looked up that Romanian we were supposedly about to sign last season that pulled out, Denis Dragus. Seems he had a season in the Turkish Super League on loan.

That's very much the conclusion I have reached. You'd need at least 2 clubs with a 100M EUR budget to spend on a striker and for me it needs to be a Champion's League team for Gyok to consider the move. They think Sporting will demand the release clause and not sure they'll be the appetite to pay that for a 26y/o.
