They have offered him 20k a week and a role in the new Deadpool movie.

Can’t compete with that.

JOE GELHARDT is a young player I've watched for a while. He's got tons of potential and was 22 earlier this month. He's out of favour at Leeds but just a few years ago under Bielsa was very highly rated. Loaned out to Sunderland 22/23 as a second striker/attacking midfielder, he found himself as thrown up top as main striker due to injuries. Didn't work for him
He won't come cheap and Celtic, Ipswich, Hull and PNE have all shown interest but I'd love to see him line up with Sheaf and he's just the sort of player our coaching staff would develop.

Wilson deserves a crack at being a proper No 1. An ambitious League 1 team would be a good move for him. Collins coming in during the summer, when Moore was still contracted suggested Robins wasn't convinced by Wilson.
I prefer Collins to be honest (despite his errors)

He’s currently a non scoring striker and not creating CAM….. I’d let others win that race.

Well that's because he's a non-playing striker or AM.
He's made 3 league appearances all season. As I said, he's not part of Leeds plans.

He has 5 professional goals to his name ….

I agree he looked a good player when he first broke in to the Leeds team but he’s not achieved anything over the last 2 seasons.

He signed a new 5 year deal when they were in the prem so is under contract until 2027 (apparently on 15k a week).

He's gone backwards the last two seasons, his best chance is a loan somewhere (hopefully not to us).

Is it expected the 10 is gonna be rudoni?

Think he’s a good player and lots of room to develop but is he going to provide enough goals and assists to fire us into the top six and hopefully bette.

I reckon we’re going to have to pay a premium.

It’ll be really interesting what formation we start the season with as haji Simms and Saka start.

If EMC starts sharp I can’t see him not starting either so I don’t even think we’ll play a 10 so is the money better spent on a top left back or right forward for example

If we had say £4-5m to drop on a player Id much rather a CM or a CB than an AM I think.

Thing is, he'll need to prepare to start the season with him not in the side.
Think he'll recruit with this in mind and Kitching will find himself down the pecking order.

Can't see a suspension making any difference to recruitment at all.

I think it will. We have heard that MR hasn't been happy with the levels of Kitching.
Who do we have currently that can replace him.
I honestly don't think he'll want Latibeaudiere starting the first game of the season at CB.
Will give him a further excuse, if he didn't already need one to, to look a CB options.

It will make zero difference.

You don’t spend millions on a multi year contract to compensate for a player being suspended for a couple of matches.

If he buys an expensive left sided centre half it’s to replace Kitchin, not to provide early season cover.

If that's true, then we're going to need 2 new Goalkeepers.

I really, really hope MR is permitted to make a foray into the loan market this summer.

We need it.

According to a WBA pal of mine, John Swift is apparently available for transfer, 12 months left. That’s interesting…

He’s got some quality on the ball but a passenger off it and turning 29 this summer. I’d rather someone younger and exciting in that attacking midfield role

The West Brom players rate Swift highly but get frustrated by his lack of consistency …. At his best a real game changer

Why? Only 1 can actually play at a time. Collins is more than adequate as a second choice

Kitching will be good. As a CB he’s good, just got to iron out those rash petulant moments.

I’m still not convinced that playing with a 10 is the right answer for us given our desire to play with real width but time will tell …

Ideally we need someone adaptable enough to be able to play as an 8 or a 10

Just watched Australian A league all stars pump Newcastle 8-0 haha. Tbf it was a load of youths/unknowns

One player that scored was this mouthful of a name. Couldn’t help but laugh when the Commentator read out his full name when he scored

We’d make a fortune in shirt sales with the amount of letters on the back of a shirt
