Really? I thought we had to be sustainable and we are still making annual losses from what I have read on here. It would be foolhardy to fall down the same spiralling hole that we have once been down before that took over 20 years to recover fromAbsolutely no where near.

I’d imagine it’s more that we are at our FFP limit and are being very careful not to overspend which is the best way to operate after seeing some of the messes of other clubs currently.
We have spent about £40m over the past few seasons which is mental money for the Championship.
I agree we are in a great position going forward with some real sellable assets but I wouldn’t want to sell them to bring more in this year.
If anyone is going to get stick for the unbalanced squad it has to be Robins or the recruitment team as we are all crying out for another CB but all 4 CBs have been bought in the last two years…
