I’m confused.

I thought people with ITK info shared it with fellow city fans as an act of kindness. On that basis it doesn’t matter who else shares that info with other city fans. In fact the more that’s know the bigger the act of kindness.

Based on todays reactions it would appear this is not the motive after all.

I totally get that and if we were all football journalists and our scoops were the reason we got paid I’d understand the vitriol. However we are just slightly obsessed fans, and George is probably a teenager with a dream. So none of it really matters.

I just enjoy a bit of good form rather than someone attempting to pass something off as their own. If he said “I’ve read on SBT that….” then fair enough.

It’s also all the bullshit EFL transfer accounts, they make it up for the fun of it and don’t provide any credible source - that then circulates misinformation throughout all different forums.

John Harriott makes things up but seemingly owns it, he’s a clear parody and I enjoy that. People like this George lad attempt to portray themselves as holding legitimacy - we’re allowed to be bothered by that.

Difference is they’re proven to have credible sources close to the club rather than just passing off information and portraying it as their own.

Even Romano will put an “as per…” if it’s from another journalist and not his information/work.

I really liked him, he was raw (and probably still is) but another full season in championship will have him be further improved. Permanent would be excellent, would want him as RB cover twice as much as Lati. Loan would still make some sense as long as no stupid fee.
