I am a bit concerned that we’re going to struggle to fit Wright and EMC into the same side which isn’t ideal when we’ve spent a combined £12m+ on the two of them.
He does get forward but it’s not that often for a LB and if we’re on a break it’s not often that Bidwell is up there with the attack. With regards to your last point, the bloke’s 31, to suggest he’s never susceptible to quick wingers one on one is ridiculous. Add to that Torp , Rodrigues , Allen ,New CF then it is healthy . And it allows a manager to make proper game changing substitutionsPlayers earn there position in the team. This is a very odd take.We've got this obsession with a "Left Sided MVE" when BIdwell I thought was a more consistent performer and more of a threat for a large majority of the season. Perhaps if Bidwell did Tiktok's and called Robins Daddy on the unseen he would get more respect.
