I know Saddle can defend himself, and I’m not trying to speak for him, but I don’t think him or anyone else is “panicking”, we’re just saying it’s not been a good transfer window so far as others have claimed. I have hope we’ll get in at least 2-3 signings but I don’t think any of us panicking, just yet.

Be patient, could still be some interesting incomings.

Do we desperately need a CM? We have Sheaf, Eccles, Torp, Rudoni, Allen and then Palmer if we only played 2 of those noted. Don’t get me wrong, I want one and think we’ll bring one in, but we’re not exactly in a ‘bare bones’ situation.
It's moaning for moanings sake tbh. This season starts almost a week later than last season, our first friendly isn't for 2 weeks and it's still over a month til we start. By all means start analysing the window when it's actually pivotal but for now it makes little sense. Oh yeah 100%, first choice keeper is a given but I mean on top of the £2.5 mil we’re supposed to be spending on Dovin.If we have a couple of million to spare I would far rather spend it on a first choice keeper than reserve right back.

Totally agree. Even our better players who signed last year are all a year older, more experienced, a full preseason and coached by Robins/Adi for a year. I expect Wright, Simms and MVE who were all strong last season to be better again and hit the ground running. Torp hopefully settled too as looked great in early glimpses. We need to sign more than 2 players. Our squad was tiny last season and as things stand we’re currently net 0 in terms of ins/outs.
You seem to be replying to a lot of points that I didn’t make? I know it’s the 8th of July, I didn’t say we needed to make a ton of signings right this instant. You’re the one who said we only needed to sign two more players and then our business would be done. I was saying that two players isn’t enough, no matter the timeframe.It's 8th July FFS.
Folks are saying it's a boring window because they're used to 10-12 of the squad leaving each summer. Other than O'Hare, no one that's left this summer is a loss to the match day squad.
We've spent more on players that joined this summer than we had under SISU the whole time they were here. Slightly worried some of the fanbase has become entitled in the space of 12 months.

Let that sink in. Apart from RCB, that's two players we own in each position. Add in there's reason to believe we'll add a GK, a CM, a CB and a striker. Chill your tits!
Last summer we started pre-season full of U18s and U21s. Now we've got a month to find a few upgrades and depth options. Not half a first XI. Boring? Nah.
