Agree his peak is now - this would be his biggest contract - big risk to gamble another season in sporting.Still think Vik is going. You have to think his value has peaked.

As others said. I’d be shocked if plan A was solely based on Vik:Gus going as that would have been silly.No panic yet still time to make things happen and still have players we have that really can be moved on. Im sure multiple deals are in the works it just takes time.

Think you might be underestimating the cost tbh. Doubt they would let him go cheap as i imagine most of the championhip would want him if available.Wish we'd look at Michał Helik. International experience and was decent at Huddersfield last year. Can't imagine he would cost much and would give us a major threat at set pieces.

Randomly I did notice a tweet from a Coventry fan yesterday saying they had heard Daniel Jebbison had been shown round Ryton. The tweet then disappeared. Probably nonsense
Will go on to be a very good striker for someone in my opinion. Probably needs a full season in League 1 or a lower Championship side for his development.
Would be a brilliant signing. Loads of potential.Wouldn’t be against him as our bench option for sure. Hes wanted by some decent clubs but assume they would just put him in the development squad
