There needs to be a discouragement for the massive clubs just hovering up very young prospects. That's the key. It needs to be a massive sell-on clause but I'd go further and add in payments for every first team game they play, on top of a standard signing on fee. And that's for all clubs taking talent from smaller clubs. Fee should not be based on the level of the team the player is coming from but the level of the team buying them.FA should change it so the bigger club has to give a 35% sell on as well as any compensation owed. Its totally unfair that smaller clubs are shafted
