I was thinking 4-3-3 or 4-5-1 (like MKD) could/would work...
Worst we can do is try it. We tried Fleck at AMC in Robins' first game v Carlisle, we were shit, he was shit, but we are a better side now and Fleck looks, faster, fitter, stronger etc. if it fails, it fails, fair enough. We tried 4-4-2, it failed, we tried the Thorn diamond, it failed (although I would say it is more down to the manager than the system in this case)... Just don't make the same mistakes.

I'm just thinking would fleck an baker be too similar to play in the front 3 of the midfield, neither run in behind an both are slow and play infront of the defence. Would they both be trying to play in a similar space of the pitch, would we have enough runners off the ball with both playing in the 3. Maybe if we played fleck here, maybe it would be better to have two wingers who are more direct an run at the full back more. It is all about getting the right balance.
I agree on Thomas though, hope him an bailey can form a good partnership

I'd imagine, it wouldn't be no different to how we played v MKD, just Moussa on LM, with Bailey and Thommo at CM
I think Jennings and Bailey have formed a solid partnership, both good players. I rate Thomas highly, he is a good box to box mid (we seen that last season and today) who is good technically, can put in a solid tackle, and gets forward, could add an added dimension to our aready-strong midfield.
