You think this forum is anti-Thorn, try GMK!

You will hardly find a pro-Thorn poster on the entire forum.

To be honest, they do seem a lot more reasoned and rational on there too in their thought processing on the Andy Thorn issue. When they talk things through and rationalise and analyse everything, they do usually keep coming to the same conclusion that as a manager Thorn comes up short.

Go figure.

I actually find your stance rather arrogant and annoying. You have made 2 identical threads on the same issue. The irony in both cases is you cannot find one other poster who considers the proposal a good one.

You say every thread turns into an anti thorn thread. Wrong 80% are nothing to do with him.

If there is a thread about him don't read it or heaven forbid bring your views to the table for discussion.

Or don't you have views or opinions? Is that the problem? If so why not join a less taxing forum - national trust or British horticultural society may be?

In thruth you are the one poster on here that irritates me the most. You adopt a holier than though attitude as if certain debates are not good enough for you but have the arrogance to believe debate you don't like should be stifled.

You also refuse to answer any such questions put to you. Either you actually do have the ignore button on people like me or you are incapable of replying.

Don't get this 'protest' thing at all about Thorn.

People are simply debating his strengths and weaknesses and compatibility with the role of manager.

It's become less about opinion and more about ramming self-important propaganda at every single oportunity...check out the pie thread for instance I, like most, am a tad peeved at the constant drone of anti-Thornness. Take it to stands if you like, at least we can move to an empty stand and stick on the head phones to our hero Stuart Linnel. Here there are no empty stands (methaphor for thread) or sanctuary from the anti-AT brigade

I had been on GMK for a fair bit of time. It used to be a good site. Then a lot of the better posters left when the server problems started. There are people on there with multiple accounts. They post on the same threads agreeing with themselves. Such a shame as it went from a good site to one where there is no sensible debate anymore. I Have not posted on there for a long time now.

Fair play to you though if you want to use GMK as a point to show most fans are against AT

I looked at the gmk site. Once and I admit only once.

The drivel I saw was embarrasing. It was real schoolboy stuff.

I know you shouldn't judge by one look. However it was that bad I did.

Ridiculous cooments and it seemed to me a clique all agreeing with those comments.

At least here there is more of a debate.

But it seems to me out of the hundreds of members on here the same say ten twelve posters continiously post the same negative anti thorn comments over and over again trying to create the illusion of majority !!!

I knew i wasn't going to get a sub forum after the first attempt so just trying a different tactic !!
Whats wrong with that ?
Its not me ruining every thread with thorn out protests !!!!
I predict we will be unbeaten in four matches after today but that still wont be good enough for the majority of the posters on this thread.

I don't get it either.

I'm not certain, but almost sure I am in the ATB even though I didn't subscribe or sign up.

Guess people on here must have had me labelled, weighed and parcelled up ready for dispatch without my knowledge, even though when we do well I praise the manager.

Problem is though we hardly ever do well so I am usually critical.

I think there are things he's done well as well as numerous mistakes he's made. I'm not calling for his head but will criticise when things are wrong. I'm so conflicted as to which side of this kiddy civil war I should be on, I would definitely like a sub-forum created for the intense gang warfare likely to break out between the factions.

I really hope we do! If Thorn pulls a master stroke today I will be one of the first to say well done and say he did well

I dont think most people have anything personal against him, some people take it too far but I think most are just disapointed because they love the club!
