Bit of perspective - we lost by one goal to a team who missed out on a Europa League spot by 2 points and have played champions league football within the last few years.

But look when we scored our goals. THink they just wanted the game to end, and got complacent.

Not knocking it, but it was only pre season. Can you imagine us playing them in a competitive game? I don't think id want to imagine it. Certainly wouldn't just lose by 1 goal

Nope. They wouldn't even get a goal at all against our first choice defence.

I think somebody said there was a live stream of it too?

What time is Kick off UK time?

Watched it LIVE 10am KO. First half below what's expected but second-half was much improved in all departments. Very useful work-out IMHO

Actually with nothing better to do I just checked the Sturm Graz site and all but one of the team they started with against us today are from their first team squad.
I only watched the first half but they looked decent and didn't give the ball away much

Those 'first teamers' included two 16-year-olds who started and their 17-year-old third choice goalie who I think played the full 90. Hardly their starting XI.
We just looked like we lacked any invention. It takes time to get used to a formation but we just don't look a threat in a 3-5-2 or 3-6-1 (whatever it was we played)

Who gives a shit who played for them. Last year we lost to Portsmouth and Cambridge. These friendlies mean absolutely nothing.

I am blaming Nick for the third goal. Total lack of concentration ffs

Yet we won our opening games. I'd take wins in competitive games over friendlies, whether against first team or reserves anyway.

Roll on the Rugby 11 on Tuesday

It is just a friendly. Another 90 mins of leg work against a much better outfit than Nuneaton. Nobody is saying the squad is complete yet. But we don't just want to fill the spaces with anyone who just happens to be available. Keep the faith.

Just sat and watched the 1st half from yesterday, we haven't played too bad to be fair...apart from not very good goalkeeping on the free kick and Haynes strange header for their 2nd we have had quite a bit of the play. I am liking the look of Gadzev (however its spelt) kept it nice and simple but can't remember him giving a ball away as yet, Haynes was getting forward well, nice flashes from Jones, Lameiras not really in the game,Sordell holding the ball up quite well, maybe they are under 21's etc they should be better quality than what our reserves/youth are but we are competing ... gonna watch the 2nd half now...maybe I will change my opinion
