I'm working with the guys that made this video and thought I'd share it - it's from a scheme called Coach the Coaches, which is backed by The League Managers Association, that gave five non-league coaches competing within step 5-7 of the football pyramid the opportunity to receive mentorship by a series of high profiled coaches.
