I was interested to see if we really were that badly off up front with this seasons starting front two so had a look who weve started with since relegation.
None of them really set the juices flowing.

2001 Bothroyd and Hughes
2002 JJ and Bothroyd
2003 Suffo and Adebola
2004 Sheff and Eddie Johnson(dont remember him)
2005 Stern and Adebola
2006 Stern and Adebola
2007 Mckenzie and Kyleointlaugh:
2008 Freddie and Clinton
2009 Best and Clinton
2010 Freddie and Juke
2011 Juke and Sheff

We won the majority of the opening games with these different partnerships, but we had alot more strength in depth in all the other seasons.

Eddie Johnson was a player who Reid got us in on loan from Man Utd, don't think he did a lot.

I quite liked Lee Mills and Onandi Lowe!

We've had some awful strikers since the drop.

Yeh I remember it was a mid-week evening game and no-one knew who he was but he was superb that night.Don't have a clue who he signed from and can't really remember him scoring that many goals either.

Just listed the ones that played in the first game of each season. There were plenty more combos throughout each depressing year! I forgot how close we came in our first season down, finishing 11th,9 points off playoffs.
That was losing 5 out of the last 6. What could of been!

Who would your dream striking duos be to help us to prem?

Tevez and Robbie Keane

Huckerby and Dublin please. That's how to start a season.

Also, I've got Eddie Johnson's coat in my house.
