How long can we have strikers who don’t score? Surely they need competition because they are coasting at the moment.

...when we have midfielders that give them no service. That is where the problem lies, specifically Torp and Rudoni.

We’ve not created any chances for them to score from

Maybe but you can say that Torp has contributed goals

I think its us and Boro now for second place unless he pulls some magic out the hat in the transfer window. whatever we're offered for Wright accept it and get some decent strikers in for competition for places.

We got absolutely dominated and could barely complete a pass in our own half yet it’s the strikers fault again?

Simms was scoring and he was dropped for Wright.

No goals in 11 games is hugely alarming.

He was absolutely useless and all you need to do is look to the first goal for ane xample of that

He’s not capable of holding up at all that’s for sure. If we’re going to play the long ball Simms is preferable.

The one where we fired a pass into him surrounded by 3 defenders?

It was one defender, which was Kipre where he easily got bodied like he had been all night and lost the ball.

He was horrendous.

Wright needs to be sat down and told that he’s not going to go to the World Cup if he keeps this up

We need a Wily old veteran up top whos totally different to Wright and Simms

Kieffer Moore would have been perfect.

Simms has really stepped up this season but Lampard backs Wright as the better centre forward. He’s been a mix of wasteful, unfortunate and under-supplied.

What neither bring consistently is the energy BTA does.

Simms has got a few goals but I wouldn't want him as the main striker moving forward

I think it’s the one area where lack of competition is a real problem. I understand it keeps them happy, but the club comes first and they’re not producing the results to not justify another striker in the mix.

I would certainly be enquirining with Forest and Leeds about Awoniyi or Piroe on loan

Paddy Bamford wouldve been even better. Shame we never had a chance to sign him......

How many chances did they miss today ? I feel like we arent creating a great deal lately

Straight on the blower about Piroe. If we have to buy outright then so be it. We need to get up before worrying about how anyone would perform once there.

I'd make a cheeky offer for Sargent at Norwich or Kiffer Moore at Wrexham.

Today none at all, but Haji was still poor. Over the past month they haven’t scored. That’s just not good enough.
