I don't know whether his has already been reported, if its already been reported, apologies for that. Someone has asked Chris Dagnall on Twitter if he has been cleared to face Hartlepool this Saturday and he has confirmed he has been given permission to play. This is obviously great news as Callum Wilson is banned, Leon Clarke is injured and theres no certainty Chris Maquire will be given permission to play, but Dagnall will be able to play. So I just thought i'd let you know so we can stop worrying about the Striker crisis for Saturday

So an option we have if this is the case is to play Dagnall up top on his own with Moussa just behind and still play 4 in Midfield.

Possibly Daniels behind Dagnall. Remember he used to be a striker. Moussa is also a great attacking option so now we have an actual striker, we have other attacking options to back him up

Daniels up front worked wonders against Rotherham.

How about giving Maund a try. Lower league opposition may be the ideal time to give him a crack. We are short of any other options.

Maybe In a couple of weeks we could have McGuire, Dagnall, L. Clarke & Wilson in the same team....attacking line up that.

Maybe only for the Rotheram game and potential fa cup 3rd round, Clarke out for upto 4 weeks and the loanees due to go back on 4/1 I think. If they continue to perform as they did on saturday I doubt we will get to keep them longer.

If Dagnall has been given permission to play on Saturday I suspect we have a decent chance of making that permanent.

He seems to think he has a good chance of coming back. I spoke to him on Twitter and he seems pretty determined. If he plays I think he can do well for us, its if Elvis gives him a run out

It has just been confirmed by the Coventry Telegraph that Maguire will NOT be playing on Saturday at Hartlepool. It seems he's been refused permission

SP said he's taking Clarke's injury day by day, possibly back for Crewe.

Courtney Baker - Richardson. Let's see what he's like - could be next year's Calum Wilson?
