On the radio side, it's BBC CWR or Gold 1359 am (not Mercia).

I'm not in the UK, I use a VPN to watch lots of things but they never seem to work for CWR, does anyone know a way around this/any sites that stream the radio commentary of the matches?

Sorry. Yeah the likeliness of you getting the right region with a VPN is slim! I will be buying something soon that will allow me to stream it for you guys (I used to do this a few years back and post the links on SBT). So keep your eyes peeled.

What a kind soul. The VPN regions for the UK are: Gosport, Manchester, London etc

You can't listen online through the bbc anyway I think, even with a vpn because of the rights management. Stop being tight and pay the £4 monthly subscription!
