I’ve struggled to see why we paid what we did for him for a while but today he just kept lumping it out of play.

Lati 7 actually put a decent cross in
Bidwell 6 looks very laboured
Kitching 6 improved second half
Wolf 6 his passing out from the back is too slow
Eccles 6 he was fine, needs to move the ball quicker sometimes
Andrews 6 good spell second half
Rudoni 6 I'm not sure why he's such a scapegoat, he never hides
YMH 6 tidy but some naive decision making
Esse 6 looks rusty but showed some promising bits
Wright 6 feel a bit sorry for him really, nothing will go in, we looked more cohesive with him and Rudi on

Wright constantly loses balls played up to him constantly being out muscled if he's a confidence player then I'm a confidence fan and I haven't got much confidence in him at the minute...when was the last time he played well? The opposition defenders are upset when he goes off because its not at all taxing on them playing against him.. something really needs to change ..If I was the yank manager I wouldn't be picking him because he is bloody dreadful...he was dreadful on the run in last season he is dreadful now !

He ain’t played too much so maybe slightly harsh…although although this also probably backs up your point.

Mve didn't have much time on the pitch but still managed to be well out of position in the lead up to their goal.

Wilson 6 (Some good saves 1st half but he was shaky)
Lati 5 (Not a RB. And not good enough)
Woolfenden 6 (Bit underwhelmed. Seems a little one paced, and gets outmuscled)
Kitching 5 (Kitch is having a rocky spell)
Bidwell 7 ( Thought he did well)
Esse 7 (Some great dribbles, but gave the ball away cheaply at times. Once he's bedded in, will be an excellent option)

With Wright there is absolute confirmation bias. If he had scored the header it'd have been because "even somebody as shit as him couldn't miss". Simms until recent run was getting the same.

I was friends with Mick when he played for us (very likable rogue tbh), wish we had someone who could finish like him now!!!...I recall one time asking him how he scored so many goals and his reply was stunningly simple "I just aim for the corners of the goal".

Only caught the 2nd half and thought we played ok. Agree with Nick that Rudoni is not playing well, seems to be trying too hard instead of just relying on his talent and natural instincts ( which he did for his deflected shot on to the post)
New lads looked lively and good to see there were a few moments where they seemed to click easily with the team already.
Wright has to put that header away, plain and simple. Just not good enough for our most expensive striker.
