Thought mve was a strong 7. Rudoni covered ground but always looked like he didn’t quite have it under control. 5 and 6 elsewhere although I have serious doubts about Thomas and they were confirmed. Weak challenge cost us the goal and his distribution has been a liability for a long time.

Can’t disagree with much of this - Sakamoto better second half.
Id have given simms more support up front rather than take him off.
Really sluggish and sloppy. Not sharp at all.

Went through his legs. It happens. If he stands with his legs shut he wouldn't be able to dive.

What game were you watching Thomas the same marks as Binks , Binks played well and Thomas was bloody awful 3 at best

Pretty much in line with my thoughts though I'd go lower on Thomas I thought he was awful, and I would say as far as the subs are concerned Thomas-Asante showed a lot more than Simms.

1st game, dry our tears and go again.
Though we seriously look to be lacking leadership.
It's OK saying what a great bunch of mates we are on social media but you need to show togetherness on pitch.

I thought Torp was dire. Allen struggled but it was mostly just him in the middle. He was totally pedestrian all game.

Torp has some technical ability but he seems to have the turning circle of a large tanker. Reminds me a lot of Trond Soltvedt. Possibly just not fleet of foot enough

Dovin 6 ok with ball at feet but didn’t inspire confidence with crosses , and megged for goal
MVE 8 about best of the bunch
binks 7 stupid foul / booking early on
Thomas 5 passing was shocking 2nd half
Bidwell 6 looked slow today
Torp 5 still looks lightweight , and like he isn’t sure where to be positionally
Allen 5 better without Torp
Rudoni 7 decent
Mason Clarke 6 average
Sakamoto 6 still getting fit
Simms 6 ok
