Was it BTA chasing a rebound that caused their GK to split their chin open? It looked to me like BTA was fairly chasing the ball and made every effort to avoid a collision

Dived on the ball after a slight spill iirc, but I’m yet to rewatch the highlights!

The keeper spilt it, BTA went in but pulled his foot away as the keeper diving on it, his momentum carried him forward and his knee slightly clip his head..... Johansen reacted like BTA vollied him in the head

I'm trying to remove my sky blue tinted glasses and i still can't see how BTA is a shithouse. Sounds like a funny read though, might have a look.

Edit: It's not all about him being a shit house, its a continuation of an old thread where they were linked with him. They should look closer to home though, a couple of the challenges their players put in were nasty.

He injured their centre half when he played for West Brom and Stoke fans think it was deliberate. Even the player accepted it was an accident. Wilmot was the player. Very bad injury.
Robins stoked it up with he cut the goalie comment.

I may be wrong but I don't think Mark Robins shook Frank's hand at the end of the game....also saw Frank tell someone to fuck off as has he walked off the pitch (after clapping our fans).
Mark Robins was great for us but I never lose sight of the fact he applied for the Stoke City job while still our manager.

Haven't read all this thread yet, so if it's already been said, Mark Robins did shake hands with Frank Lampard but only briefly.

Briefly? That's not enough information, for how long exactly?!?! We have two weeks until our next game, I'm sure we can stretch whether there is a deeper meaning.

Did he make eye contact and tickle his palm with his finger while shaking hands?

Mark Robins gave Frank a quick slap on the back if that helps.

More info to follow.

Considering they blame Aaron Ramsey for his own broken leg against Shawcross…. This is a tad hypocritical

And watching that incident on unseen (the second coming together between the two), Johansson dives out into the feet of BTA. Nothing he could have done about that.

Is that the kick that was followed up with a forearm smash?
Wanker knew exactly what he was doing.

Said at the time, it’s not often you see players admitting what they’ve done to the officials. That he did tells me it was at least ‘orange card’ territory.

And that other one just blatantly kicked Kesler at the end. They've got a nerve moaning frankly, not just from this game but historically, absolute shit house club.

Remember how they booed Ramsey for years after he had the gall to have his leg broken by that thug centre half they had

They’re in the same bracket as Sheff Utd for me, shithouse club indeed that owes all its Premier League football to being bankrolled by disgusting gambling tycoons.

Just seen this on FB after a Stoke fan said something along the lines of 'not sure where Cov fans get their attitude from....'.

A Cov fan responded with this which made me chuckle:

'Not sure where Stoke fans get their attitude. Made a teapot 1000 years ago and think the worlds owes them a favour'

There are a lot of people seething that we are doing well, and make no mistake they all used to rip the piss out of us when the club was on its arse. We don't owe anything to anybody, i love that we have fans of so many wanky football clubs on strings.

It wasn't that long ago that losing to little old Coventry City got Mark Hughes sacked from his top flight job at Stoke. They were sent packing back to the gamble dome with their tails between their legs that day.

Sod it, I'll rewatch it again just now for fun.

Something went wrong in Stoke, their locals look and sound like they've been drowned in Radioactive liquid.
I used to work with a Stokie who couldn't drive, he used to catch public buses to Stoke so he could visit his dentist.

Stoke on Tent is just a wank stain on a skid mark in your boxers.

Can we stop insulting Neanderthals now? They had a larger brain to body size ratio than any living human and evidence suggests that they were capable of complex thought and behaviour. None of this describes the general population of Stoke-on-Trent.

Thought it was a deliberate bad tackle at the time worthy of a yellow. Looking at that should have been a red. Career threatening tackle. Still angry about the tackle by the Sheff Wed loanee from Southampton. Bidders has never been the same since.
