I missed Slade's post match. Did CWR ask what happened to the pair and if injured, how long they would be out for?

Did they ask if Folivi would be fit for Tuesday?

Did they ask anything at all of note, past what colour socks Slade was wearing?

What about Stokes and Thomas (who was supposedly back in training a couple of weeks ago)?

I dont think they had an interview with him last night, I wanted to know what excuses he could come up with for that rotten display again

somewhere yesterday RS was asked about Tuesday and said something along the lines of "league is far more important" and stated a number players that could be available have knocks/injuries.

I take that to mean

1. We will put out a team on Tuesday to play 90 mins with no real thoughts of winning the game
2. No player who is injured or has any slight niggles will be risked
3. If you bought a ticket (like me) expect that by 60 mins the game will be over

yes I get the league is far more important, but TBH we are down. This and next season will probably be the only chance to see the club play at Wembley for countless generations of City fans. I expect relegation to National league or worst in April 2018.

Didn't hear him mention Stevenson but vernam popped his shoulder out yesterday and was waiting for a scan, doesn't know how long, I'm sure we've had a player out for 2-3 months with that injury before.

I dont think he mentioned stokes or Thomas either.

Filovi (sp?) Has an ankle injury.

Wilson did It twice while he was here one time he missed 6 months the next was 2 months! Basically he won't play for us again and the bad luck continues!

Yep, that doesn't sound anything less than at least 4 weeks I would say. Will be sore for some time.

I know we are crap this season, but we haven't had much luck either.

The Chris Stokes thing has been bizarre. He came off in the Brighton game with a tight groin after so long out, but we've heard nothing since and the Thomas injury, which when he happened seemed to be nothing than something very minor, has turned out to be season long.

Can't believe we have just signed two strikers and they are both injured already.

Vernham popped his shoulder out! Wilson did it the last player I can remember and he was 3 months so it's bye bye Vernam. Apparently Stevenson is a niggle and did not want to risk him probably saving him for Tuesday as there are a limited number of players who can qualify to play. Don't know about Thomas or Stokes probably thinking to themselves "fuck this for a game of soldiers"

He should pick the best team he has available as they need a win against anybody.

If he needs an op it will be 2 months minimum.

Yeah, was thinking that.

So, as been said, that could be the end of him after just one game in a City shirt.

And where the HELL is Kwame Thomas? Supposed to be back in training weeks ago.

Tbh Thomas said to me at the JSB that it would be mid to late Feb before he was back around the first team when I spoke to at the JSB party. It was worse than it looked and he ended up having an op.

Stokes is a strange one though, has he played in the last couple of u23s?

My new saying is "When you're bottom of the league, Lady luck doesn't give a f...."
