Free kick for the home side, about twenty yards out from goal, pretty central, foul comitted by C Thomas..

Burge saves easily..

35 minutes gone, 0-0 sounds pretty drab in fairness.

Comparisons of the current Stevenage side to the side's of the last few seasons in which teams have found hard to break down at times, sounds like this game may be decided by the odd goal.

Half time apparently! Seemed a quick half

Not much created from our point of view.

Stevenage winger (24 and on trial I think as has no name on his shirt) seems pretty nippy and has skinned Kelly Evans a couple of times although crossing isn't up to much.

OBrien still very much involved in most of our play. Connor getting stuck in with his defensive duties. Few meaty challenges flying in from both sides.

Burge very vocal and commanding his area well

Graham Westley's teams always seem to want to kick anything that moves - hope we don't pick up injuries, but at least it should get us battle hardened for when the real stuff starts next week (good news that Aaron Mclean's out for Bradford - just get that big oik James Hanson injured and I'll be happy)

I remember Christie got a battering there last season, typical of Westley's side's..

With Reda Johnson my hopes for Bradford and dealing with their aerial threat have improved.

So I keep hearing.. From what I have seen of Reda I think he will be a quality signing.

Apparently there will be an update on Andy Webster after the game, Dan Seaborne may have been hurt in an incident with Rene Howe at Newport on Tuesday night, hence why Seaborne isn't included in the lineup for todays fixture.

Only one change and that was for Stevenage, going off "No one gives a damn" coming on was "Don't give two hoots"

Steveange came forward well, but Willis does enough to put the Stevenage forward off and it goes out for a Goal kick.

Comes to nothing but City keep the ball until Conor Thomas handles in posession and gives away a freekick.
