It's crazy isn't it? The same people likely to chant this, are the same people who'd go on about caving someones head in if the same thing was chanted at their daughter. Mind boggles.
But then where is the incentive for the clubs to really crack down on it? Or proper fans to report such behaviour? Maybe you could link the fines to convictions, like a suspended sentence, so if perpetrators were identified and punished the clubs wouldn't have to pay so much?
