Any good chippy’s ? Asking for a friendThere’s both a holiday inn and a premier inn approximately 10 minutes walk to the ground.
As for food depends on what kind of stuff you like. There’s a few big chain restaurants on the retail park about a 5 minute drive from the ground. Alternatively the old town has a good selection of restaurants.
Sala thong is a pretty good Thai restaurant. And Misya meze and grill is a good Mediterranean Turkish place. I’ve been to both of those in the last 6 months or so.

Old town fish bar in the High Street, as mentioned before there are plenty of decent eateries in the Old Town, Rump and Wade also worth a shout. There's a very good chippy called WJ Rowe in Bedwell but Bedwell isn't great, be warnedAny good chippy’s ? Asking for a friend
